Inexpensive, safe, reliable and easy
to install, the RODECTM Ultimate Tubing Head Rotator will increase the life
of your production tubing more than six fold. Driven by a patented, PC pump compatible RODECTM Auto-TurnTM Drive or by a reciprocating rod pump, the rotator works automatically to continuously rotate the tubing. The continuous slow rotation of the tubing provides optimum wear distribution. With the RODEC Ultimate Tubing Head Rotator installed, you will experience significantly greater tubing life. Costly well service jobs and loss of production are reduced proportionately. |

RODEC Down-Hole Swivels are
engineered to meet all production applications requiring a tubing swivel.
These swivels allow mechanically set tools to be set and un-set, as well as
allow the tubing string to be rotated during production.
The FT Full-Time Swivel and the NT No-Turn Swivel are engineered for PC pump applications where a RODECTM No-Turn Tool is used to anchor the PC pump stator. However, the NT Swivel will allow the user to mechanically set the No-Turn Tool to the right upon installation. The tubing can then be rotated during production. The NT Swivel has a unique design feature that can mechanically un-set the No-Turn Tool by turning to the left when required. The AC Swivel is engineered to be used in tension applications where a RODECTM Right Hand Set Anchor Catcher is used to anchor the production tubing in tension. The AC Swivel will allow the user to mechanically set the anchor to the right upon installation. The tubing can then be pulled into tension and rotated during production. The AC Swivel has a unique design feature that can mechanically un-set the anchor by turning to the left when required. | ||
